The Boys Spinoff Announces Release Date!


The Boys spinoff series Gen V finally has an official release date. This series will air on Prime Video at the end of next year, on September 29, 2023 to be precise. Generation V Later, the training period carried out by the first generation of superheroes will be discussed. They already know Compound V and know that their power comes from the injection of Compound V, not from grace.

And here is the official synopsis, “They soon realize that ambition comes with sacrifice, and that the difference between right and wrong isn’t as clear as they’ve been led to believe. When the dark secrets of the university are revealed, the students must realize what kind of heroes they are becoming.”

Created by Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters, the series is adapted from the comic story The Boys, titled We Gotta Go Now by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The cast of the series is Chance Perdomo (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Patrick Schwarzenegger (The Terminal List), Jaz Sinclair (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Lizze Broadway (The Rookie), Shelley Conn (Bridgerton) and Alexander Calvert (Supernatural).
