In first responders Season 1, Jin Ho-Gae (Kim Rae-Won) did a good job as a detective. Dex’s perfect record of committing crimes without law enforcement is forced to end when Detective Jin Hogae arrests Ma Taehwa for carrying out Dex’s perfect crime.
Determined to avenge the Hogae, Dex will go against the only rule he has and return to South Korea to commit his own crimes in an effort to take down the lifeguards.
