The Marvels will introduce new heroes that complete the Phase Five MCU story.
Disney has released a new trailer for the upcoming Marvel Studios movie, the wonders, which will hit theaters this fall. In the trailer, two new characters finally appear, Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau.
Both were featured in the popular Disney+ series, namely mrs wonder AND Wanda Vision.
Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and seeks revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But an unintended consequence leaves Carol shouldering the burden of an unstable universe.
When a task sends her into an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become linked with those of Jersey City superfan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel. Kamala herself is Carol’s estranged niece.
Along with Captain Monica Rambeau, this unlikely trio must work together and learn how to save the universe as The Marvels.

the wonders is the third movie of Phase Five of the UCM, and will be released after Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania AND guardians of the galaxy vol. 3. What’s especially interesting is that Phase Four is seeing more interconnections between separate MCU projects than ever before, like the relationship between Wandavision and Doctor strange in the multiverse of madness.
It will be interesting to see if this new link continues into Phase Five, where it connects directly the wonders to ant man 3 AND Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
