The development company or developer Insomniac Games is reportedly preparing the latest AAA game for the PlayStation 5 console. Insomniac Games is one of the biggest and most popular game development companies today. They have worked on many game projects like Spyro, Ratchet & Clank and of course the most popular are the various Spider-Man games. Marvel’s Spider-Man and Miles Morales Spider-Man are two Spider-Man games produced by Insomniac Games.
Insomniac Games is currently preparing for the release of the game Marvel’s Spider-man 2, which they will be doing in the coming months. However, it looks like they will be introducing other games in the coming years for the PlayStation 5 console. Insomniac Games Project Manager Erin Eberhardt recently appeared in an interview with Full Sail University. In the interview, Eberhardt hinted that she was working on a AAA game that “hasn’t been announced yet.”
It’s very possible that the new AAA game from Insomniac Games is outside of Marvel’s Spider-Man or Wolverine franchises. Eberhardt himself didn’t provide many specific details about the project, but he did praise Sony. Eberhardt had talked about the year he joined Insomniac Games and also about the five years he worked with Sony. According to him, Sony provides valuable lessons for teams to “experience and play together.”
Insomniac Games is known as a game developer extraordinaire. Several Marvel’s Spider-Man game titles have even achieved great success and are considered as one of the best games. In fact, prior to the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, there was a lot of praise from fans regarding the game when the gameplay trailer was released.
Whatever next game project Insomniac Games is working on, fans will of course be looking forward to it. Also, his reputation has been proven through various Marvel’s Spider-Man games and various other game titles. If you look at the patterns that have existed so far, it is likely that information about the game Insomniac Games is working on will leak onto the internet towards the end of 2023 or early 2024.
